I went to get service on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra, with no intention of trading it in. I was connected with Phillip Tew in the sales department and we had a brief conversation about my needs in a vehicle. He was very attentive and matched me with an SUV the hit every need on my checklist. As I was getting my car serviced there was a system error for Hyundai so I was unable to get the test done on my vehicle, Helen in services gave me a loaner (no charge) to use until the system was up and kept me informed along the way! Due to my schedule I was only able to come in on a Wednesday PM or have to wait a week to get there, Phil without hesitation told me I could come in at 6pm, he was kind, patient, professional and informative during the entire process. It took until about 8pm to finish the paperwork (they close at 7pm) Britney the sales manager and Phil we both more than accommodating and kind even though it was after hours. Phil took time to go over the features of my new car with me and load things from my old vehicle to my new one. Everyone I encountered at Parkway were friendly and professional!
