Dealer Review:
Misleading and deceptive dealership, filing a complaint with better business bureau. Falsely advertise certified pre-owned vehicle leaving out they are NOT manufacturer certified they are dealership certified. Never mentioned this at anytime during the purchase process. They utilize the same verbiage right from the Ram certified pre-owned program. This only was brought to light when I returned to the dealership to drop off paperwork and asked about my 90 day free SiriusXM subscription for buying a certified pre-owned vehicle. Then and only then I was told it wasn’t really a certified pre-owned vehicle. Apparently there was a small disclaimer at the bottom of the ad, shame on me I guess. Well at least everyone will know of my experience and you can decide if you want to do business with a dealership that operates like that.
