I was there for a day and a half trying to buy a car and one guy told me I didn’t qualify and needed a co signer so I got a co signer and they finance told me he didn’t even run my credit because he didn’t know I was there. Seems a little scammy to me. Now they raised the price on the vehicle online I was trying to get. Real shady!!

Stay away from Ron Marhoffer dealership, Darrell Thomson sales poison, jibber jabber the non stop talker, the finance manger. Multiple Ohio Attorney General complaints for their fraudulent and deceptive business practices, but that hasn’t stopped them. Altered VIN numbers on my purchase agreement different then the one on the car I was buying. The extra $600.00 they tacked on the price at signing, a finance manager who attempted to scare me into signing for spot delivery, and yo yo financing terms which I refused and they demanded despite knowing my pre approved loan status with a bank and a credit union. Non stop talking, fake compliments attempts to distract and confuse me to keep me from seeing all of their baiting and switching tactics. Terms that give them authority to pull your credit for up to 5 years after your purchase, rental cars disclosed as one or two owner cars, only to find a check mark on the box marked RENTAL after you’ve signed, threats made to repo the car I purchased 2 days prior if I didn’t sign the documents I previously declined (spot delivery and yo-yo, among other altered documents changed from the originals. Yes they saw me coming a mile away: A woman, a minority, and a person with disabilities. Information I disclosed to them because I require repeated explanations and clarity due to severe short term memory loss and retention issues, from a traumatic brain injury. I was hoping for compassion and honesty what I received was blatant lies, and well practiced deceit. I called and made several requests to speak with owner Ron Marhoffer, who either didn’t know or chose to ignore me. Unfortunately for them and lucky for me I had a second set of ears with me.
