Ever since I started shopping around, I was being contacted by sleazy dealers every single day trying to lure me to the dealership. Even at Toyota, I was initially assigned to a dealer who was obviously a new hire and not attentive to my needs. However, after ditching him, I ran into Richard at the used lot. From the beginning, he was different from the rest. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to force a car or a sale on me. Instead, based off my interests, he suggested a car I could test out. I even asked to test drive 2 other vehicles and he was more than willing and able. His poise and patience made me feel comfortable.
