I purchsed a pre-owned BMW a few days ago and everyone from my sales person, sales manager to the finance person treated me with such respect. My questions quickly answered and they gave me a more than fair deal on my trade-in as well as a very good deal on the BMW. Warning! Beware! If you are female stay away! Joe Haig, Tony, and Phil are sleazy guys! The finance guy was talking about how he had to buy a new sofa because his son's friend has "ball juice" that gets on the couch!!! How do you talk to women that way? A bunch of misogynistic men here. I bought a 2020 Volkswagen on Saturday May 1st. Someone hit the car had a big dent in the driver side door while I was signing papers. They are going to fix it but told me I had to rent a car. This is unacceptable. My mom and I were yelled at and surrounded by all the men in the lobby when we asked for a loaner car or to just cancel the purchase 6 days after I bought it. They would not help in any way. Mothers day weekend my mom and I were treated like trash. My mom called and spoke to Tony and he said he'd have a loaner car for me today so they could fix the car. Just left without a loaner can. We could not speak with the General Manager Matt Lokey as of course he is always in a meeting. Being a woman in a man's world at this dealership is not worth it. 😭
