Mr. Ryan Wingate was my point of contact. I contacted him on Friday and made an appointment for Monday the 13 of March 2023 to inspect a vehicle they had. I drove from San Antonio to George Town, Texas to see a 2022 Subaru Outback Limited XT. Honestly, I've searched the San Antonio area and could not find a Good Deal. So I expanded my search and located what I wanted. I had also stopped in Round Rock to view another vehicle during my trip. Mr. Wingate answered everything and most importantly, he did not pressure or try to influence my decision. I selected the car I liked and the rest was easy. From start to finish took about 4 hours and that was a record for me. I would purchase from George Town Subaru again and I will share this experience with all my friends. They are not the closest, but close enough. The closest dealership just recently responded, after we'd purchased and taken delivery of our new Insight. The car is everything we'd hoped it would be so far. And Nadeem Khan, our sales consultant was one of the best I'd experienced over the years. So was everyone else at the dealership. Communication is big with me and this dealership has aced that. Plus I'm confident they will ace ongoing service as well. The dealership is huge, but in a good way.
