Found vehicle online and stopped in to check it out. Gabby Wiese was my salesperson and she was more than perfect. She understood my needs and expedited everything for me because I was in a time crunch. I was in and out in less time than a long lunch break. The vehicle exceeded my expectations and I could not be more satisfied. I personally hate car shopping and everything that comes with it and I expect she sensed that and made quick work and was straight to the point. Honestly made this an actual enjoyable experience. Dealership had a SUV advertised online for $34,450 plus rebates, when I arrived at dealership they stated they have increased most new vehicles to $3,000 above MSRP. (Market charge they said) I understand there are not many new cars and you can increase prices, but you cant advertise then change. Bait and Switch. They made it seem all Dealerships were doing it, talk to several next day and they are not. Today on Andy Mohr Chevy website, their own advertisement has one MSRP listed but the sticker price which they provide you on their website states has different MSRP. This seems borderline illegal as 3 other Dealerships told be today, and they could not believe what they were Seeing, Luckily Hubble Chevrolet knows how to take care of their customers.

I traveled 6 hours back and forth to purchase this car, after I was told that the car was in great condition, to my surprise and after I handed your financing person my hard earned money thinking that I have purchased a good car for my daughter instead the car is still in the garage waiting for a lot of parts from the hole suspension to other damaged body parts including the windshield washer not working and this is before I had the chance to take the car for a trough inspection because it may not make it trough the MD state inspection and by the yaw the car didn’t even make it off the lot before we discovered the suspension problems and I was offered to go back another day drive 6 hours to replace the top side of the left suspension and ignoring all the other bad signs of a totally damaged suspension, anyway you have lost my business but next time I'll better look elsewhere, and thanks for the deceiving smile anyway!
