I have bought two vans from here so this is my updated review. I Recently bought a vehicle from Crain Kia in Fayetteville, Arkansas, from the time the salesman Loren contacted me over a text message it was a struggle to make the deal we eventually lined it out, there website puts all there vehicles together so that’s complicated to find out which dealership has the vehicle after days of communicating we got the deal to where I would agree on it. I decided that I was going to come to the dealership and buy the vehicle, so Loren the salesman told me that he would have to pick it up at a different lot he never mentioned that It was going to cost me more. The salesman Loren went and got the van at listed price that I initially thought I was paying for it apparently within transportation of this vehicle to their lot they charged me an extra thousand dollars just for transporting the vehicle buyer beware of that without requesting it. I would like to say the first time I bought something from this dealership it seemed to go smooth, not so much this time, definitely not as clear as the last time. As soon as I got home, I realized I messed up an didn’t look closely enough at the paperwork after going over the flash drive they give you I got cheated out of out of $1000 because of it. Be careful of what you’re signing things change. They may also try to get you to buy an extended warranty, which is quite a bit more as well. Overall, just give yourself time to think on that. the process was quick and easy for sure. All I can say is be cautious on what you are signing. I just feel the speed of the to get you in and out is good, but definitely I felt rush to make the decision as fast as possible.When going into finance, they had a new digital screen to sign all of the documents honestly it made everything very confusing to read all the paperwork and very distracting. Just felt like I didn’t have a chance to read over the paperwork. I will not come back. It’s that pit and your stomach when you know you got cheated. On top of all this, they didn’t even check on how much I had left on my trade in.
