I went to this dealership and test drove a truck even though it was not 4x4... Liked it enough to make a deal for it. Asked them to give me a price on my trade. Very far off. Asked what we could do to both get what we want, and was basically told we couldn't get there. Was told truck had been there three weeks in fact it has been there 2 months with lots of traffic looking at it on the internet. Found a charge added for tinted windows, if you refurbished it, shouldn't pass that to the customer. Needless to say, My suggestion, when you can make a sale, at least try, then you can tell the customer you are sorry you couldn't do business. And I was ready to split the difference... Lesson learned.

I was sent a 2017 Genesis G80 and what I seen online vs what arrived at my home per delivery was not the same. The vehicle has quite a bit of cosmetic damage that was not disclosed online. The delivery driver told me that the car came straight from auction! I was flabbergasted but what he said made sense! The car arrived dirty inside and out and was obviously not inspected upon being sold to me. I took the vehicle to the mechanic shop for inspection upon delivery and was told it needed new front rotors and brakes. The vehicle also had a front fender damage on the drivers front and back bumper indicating an unreported accident. I sent the vehicle back immediately!!!! This experience is the very reason that I will never purchase a vehicle online that I can not see and inspect first. Lesson learned!
