Finally, a financial officer tried to give me high APR as if my credit score was low, explained to me that high credit score means nothing. Meanwhile, when I offered him to use my own lender, financial officer refused. The question is, how hard it is to sell a car for advertised price?? How hard it is to do business honestly??
