Amazing amazing amazing. From start to finish this purchase was flawless. I had been getting the run around from dealerships in my home town trying to sell me a car I didn’t want or just being plain dishonest. I asked for a quote from concord Mazda and that’s how I met khan. Literally the sweetest person ever! Was honest from the get go, was able to negotiate a super reasonable price and even got me the model I wanted exactly! I am a single elderly women and this was the first time I was buying a car on my own. I called first and was greeted by Trey and test drove a car. I returned a couple of weeks later when they had the model in I was looking for and in the right color.I test drove again and new I would be purchasing that day. Trey was always friendly and never pushy. They were super busy and it was getting late so I put a deposit on it and returned 2 days later. The financial gal was super friendly and Trey went over everything on the car and I believe a second person did also go over more of the features. I made an appointment about a week later and Rabi went over everything again and answered all the questions that I might have. Everyone left me with their personal numbers so I could call them if I had any questions and I actually did call Dan who had checked up on me.I have all their numbers in my phone now. I felt so good about my purchase and would definitely recommend this dealership.
