Dealer Review:

We were looking at a vehicle they had for sale. I stopped by to test drive and liked the car. I then brought my wife and 3 month old baby 2 days after to make sure that the vehicle would work for the family, which we like and ensured that it's big enough for a family vehicle. Given that it was 7pm by the time we were done, I spoke w the sales person, Junior, that we liked it and I have an appointment the next day with a shop to perform a prepurchase inspection along with discussing financing details. I woke up the next day, figured out the logistics with work and my wife / baby (they were my ride back from the shop) and on my way to the dealership and called Junior to get the car ready for pickup so we can minimize the time in the car w a baby just to find out that they sold the car that morning to someone else. I've never experienced this kind of service with any other dealership. Test drive the car twice and discuss all details about purchasing the car, discuss the plan and schedules for the inspection and letting them know that we like the car and unless the inspection come back with something unexpected, we'll be purchasing the car only to find out that the car was sold without even a courtesy call to confirm our intention of buy the car. Apparently gentlemen / verbal agreements and relationship building isn't part of their business model. Unless you walk in with cash in hand (aka pull the trigger after a 10 min test drive) to buy a used car without ensuring the car works for the family or ensuring there isn't any hidden big issues with the used car, I'd look to work with a different dealership. My feedback to this experience is unprofessional and untrustworthy. Thanks for reading and good luck!
