We live in Houston, Texas and are visiting our daughter and her family in Lawrence, KS. The 'check engine' light in our 2007 Toyota Tundra came on when we were about 200 miles from Lawrence. I dropped it off at Crown Toyota and they fixed it up for us - it turned out to be a very minor problem. Service Department was outstanding. When we returned to pick up the truck, my wife and I decided to take a look at the 2020 Tundras and Highlanders to get a feel for what we would like when we were finally ready to replace our Tundra. Myk Barta, in his relaxed and low-pressure manner, patiently took us through the choices. We were impressed with Myk and Crown Toyota in general and decided to give them a chance to find exactly what we were looking for and make us a fair deal. Two days later we drove off in our new 2020 Highlander Hybrid and we're very happy. I would highly recommend Myk Barta and Crown Toyota. Myk made the new car buying experience pleasant.

Will never purchase from this dealership. Went in due to the $4500 extra holiday cash advertised. When we sat down to do numbers, they came back with just the internet price. My husband and I asked where was the additional $4500 off. I showed the salesman the ad and he acted like he had no idea what it was. He brought out the sales manager and they said it was a mistake from the marketing department. They switched the story a few times saying that it is a trade in allowance and then to it's only if we finance through mazda. End story they agreed to take $4500 off but could not do the internet price then take off 4500 but only take it off msrp, when it said EXTRA. I agreed to that if they did a remote start and some maintenance to my older vehicle. They came back and said the maintenance could be done, but not the remote start. The sales Manager stated it would be dealer cost of 800-1000. ( called another Mazda dealership..650 customer cost) They mentioned they are already losing money due to an error from there marketing department. Needless to say I left. The next day I researched it again, this mystery $4500 that no one knew about. Come to find out there was a commercial on their website that both the salesman and the sales manager were in!!!!!!!! Lies...I ended up buying a vehicle at a different dealership.
