I was well prepared to purchase when I went to the dealership. I had a high-value trade-in, several thousand in cash and preapproved financing. John Schaefer, salesman, responded to my email inquiry to confirm the vehicle was on the lot. I scheduled a test drive, drove the vehicle, and immediately decide to purchase. I provided John with all my financial items (trade-in, cash and approved financing). An initial offer came back with a low-ball offer for the trade-in; which he agreed was low based on his search on KBB and Edmonds. I realized it was just the beginning point in negotiations. He asked, and I advised, what my comfort zone was. I also let him know I had to leave, and if he could get with his manager and come back with a better offer. I asked him to call me. He responded indicating I had his number, and to call him. I called the next day and left him a voicemail - no response. I called the following day and left 2 voicemails - no response. At that point I located another vehicle at Porsche West Broward (I highly recommend them). I took the long drive there, and closed a deal later that day for a newer, nicer, and more expensive vehicle. Advice to potential Champion Porsche customers: Wear a tux with lots of accoutrements or they will not give you the time of day or the courtesy of call back. (I wore shorts and a t-shirt). I guess they can afford to blow off an $80K+ sale. Instead go to West Broward Porsche - they do not have a dress code nor do they judge you based on your appearance.

Paul flat out lied to me on the final offer sheet presented to me for the purchase of my new SUV. After going through a few rounds of the deal, he looked me in the eye and said the final deal rate he presented to me on paper (3rd sheet) was based on 2.9APR. BUT, at final signing with finance exec, Mike, hours later after signing over my trade in (Jeep Wrangler w/ 12k miles) and transferring insurance, the truth finally came out that the final offer sheet Paul presented was really 4.75APR, not 2.9% as he said, and finance Mike only revealed that to me when called out when I asked him about the 2.9. My credit score is excellent, Paul even complimented when I signed my credit report results they pulled themselves and had me sign that my score was even higher than I thought (excellent) so I was assured the “so called 2.9%” was a go which was the deal I thought I made and my credit score secured. My bad for taking the verbal from Paul on the APR. YES, my bad. I was very excited about this purchase but left totally irate knowing I was duped in the final seconds of signing. I should have waited for Alan B. Or walked away. I take the hit for not walking away when I realized the lie, but hopefully my mistake and this review will help someone else. If this dealership has the car you want, go for it, but I suggest you steer clear of Paul. Or if you deal with Paul don’t trust the verbal. And keep a close eye on Mike.

And they told me if that car was failed in contact they would let me know. I totally understand then the next day August 24th they email me the same car I looked at the day before it was still available and sale off to $3,000 next day. Again I summited request right away after they sent me email. Then next hour of this day I got a phone called from sale team again the car was pending. Shame on you .

We went in for service questions on 03/11/23, no intention, whatsoever, to buy a "new to us" car BUT we were lucky enough to be greeted by Rodney Pickens at Wesley Chapel Mercedes who deftly answered all our service questions and only had to ask "Anything else I can assist with" before we knew it we were looking at the CPO cars on the lot and drove away with a gorgeous Arctic white C300 with dual colored leather interior and we now find reasons to drive everywhere! The car is comfortable, sporty, quick and looks are beyond compare. Starting to thing the S63 will feel abandoned becoming the "weekend" car. LOL! Can't recommend Wesley Chapel Mercedes enough, great facility, wonderful, friendly staff in all departments. We will definitely be repeat customers!
