Small, gimmicky, uncomfortable, mediocre dealers

Tesla model 2 is more spacious than the Polestar 2. Cabin offers limited space, specially for rear passengers. Harman Kardan sound offers poor sound quality. Polestar website is a disaster from ordering to delivery, and the dealership experience itself fell way short of what you expect from a luxury EV company. Infotainment system relies on Google and takes several touches to access … desired functions. Lack of accessories such as the roof liner to reduce sunshine and heat.
