If there was an option for "0 stars" I would most definitely choose it. Buying a car from this dealership was one of the worst experiences I've ever gone through. I bought a vehicle that ended up presenting with issues right before I was able to drive off the lot. So this dealership told me that they would get the things fixed and the car back to me within 2 days. They gave me a loaner car to drive, and told me that they would keep me updated on the car that I purchased. They hadn't contacted me whatsoever, so I had to reach out to them multiple times to try and get an answer. Between sales advisors, and managers, no one would give me a straight answer or help me in any way. I called multiple times, and they either transferred me to people that wouldn't answer, not call me back when I left a message, or they would also just drop the call and I would have to call back. After having a loaner car for a few days, and having to contact the dealership 4 times in 1 day to get an answer, they told me that the car still wasn't ready and that they would give me an ETA. Throughout the week, when I called, they also lied to me multiple times about various things, and were very unprofessional. I finally got a call from them saying that my car still wasn't ready, but the car that I was using from them had sold, and that they needed it back ASAP. They ended up bringing me a different loaner car that REEKS of urine and mildew. And the key fob is barely working, and having issues. All the while, I STILL don't have the car that I purchased. They have been extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unhelpful in more ways than I can count. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, please find a dealership that truly cares about you, and your needs, because this dealership clearly only cares about making money and getting cars off the lot. You should feel heard and taken care of when you are buying a car, not taken advantage of and played. Buying a car is not a game, and this dealership will exploit you and play you. There are so many other dealership out there that will make sure that your experience will be better. I know for sure that once I get my car, I will no longer work with this dealership and I will stay as far away from them as I can. So PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!
