Faulty Seatbelt & Shift Auto Idle

2022 Nissan Pathfinder
Just purchases this a week and a half ago, one of the seat belts for the passengers on the second row seat, broke it will not click. God forbid we are in a car accident and that person would have been sol. Also, the Shift Auto Idle keeps going back to on- on it’s own, even if turned off within the settings it still turns on, that is annoying as when you come to a complete stop it … jerks/pulls and then bam it’s on auto shift idle again turn on by itself. Took it in today 08/06/2021 to get it looked at the technicians had no response to why the seat belt broke nor why the Auto Shift foes into Idle mode even if it is off within the settings and stated that they will order new seat belt and take a look at the Auto Shift Issue when the seat belt arrives. Makes me think I should have gone for the Toyota Highlander or the Dodge Durango I was looking at during my purchase. So disappointed. Overall, it’s a great gas saving car if you are looking for something midsize gas saver. Might end up trading in this vehicle for something else if issue continues. I have a 2016 Nissan NVP 3500 SV HD never had one problem nor with my 2016 Nissan Altima SR. I had high hopes for this Pathfinder and was excited to find it in stock at my local Nissan dealer- which by the way only had two 2022 Pathfinders available and one had sold already. I got this one right off the show room. 😩
