Sold me a 2020 Mustang GT with 9,000 miles for $39,931 VIN 1FA6P8CF0L5133486 Told me all warranties had 20k+ miles bumper to bumper, check engine light came on less than 24 hours after buying the vehicle, took it to Ford long story short the car was on its third transmission somehow at 9k miles and had a crack in the engine block, warranty was voided 6 months before for abuse. Starling wouldn’t refund my money and was very rude and unprofessional, especially the GM, JC. The day I traded it in as I had no other choice, they listed this car again at the same price saying 1 owner as if nothing had ever happened. I hope nobody gets played on this same exact car as I did. UPDATE: vehicle is now listed for $43,000 and I emailed them for more info about warranties and the integrity of the car and they lied saying all warranties are intact and this vehicle is a sound car and road-safe while Ford is telling me they’re not even sure how this car is even functioning with the cracked block and all cylinders misfiring. I also gave them physical documents stating this car belongs in the junkyard and they still claim that this car has no defects and is sound. So glad to have all this in email and I’m writing.

Dealerships can be a bad experience but it was the complete opposite at this place. Cars are what they are or will be but customer is totally up to the person helping you and overall everyone was great. Plus, the car I got is good, too. I can see myself going back to purchase another vehicle.

The process of buying our (2021) Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was Extremely time consuming: Not just your regular somewhat long-ish process that the dealer puts all of us through, but an absolute watch-busting ordeal involving three (yes, 3) days. These consisted of 2 days on and off the phone with the sales rep and the final day that was a full 12 hours from home to dealer and back home again as well as a 6-hour marathon at the dealership. In the end, after way too much non-productive sitting, we finalized our purchase and trade-in deal and drove away with our new Jeep. In case no one has told you this, there is a shortage of new Jeep vehicles, and this consists mostly of the models that they sell quickly. This is our first Jeep and we are looking forward to several years and long days (our choice) of enjoyment in it.

The worst buying experience I have ever had! I had a sales appointment on 1/30/2021 at 3pm ( I have a written confirmation as proof ) , I spent 1 hour 40 minutes to reach there because I was coming from Tampa! I did a test drive, I signed the customer approval page (management approval was done also, I have a copy of it) I paid $5,000 using my credit card at 17.43pm. The rest of the payment was supposed to be a cashier check and as of today which is February 1, I was going to visit the bank and get the check (since I couldn't do that on a Sunday). I did not receive the paper works via e-mail after I left as promised (The buyer is my sister and she was at home with her children; therefore, she was going to sign the papers online) I gave a call to the sales representative on Sunday to inform them I did not receive anything from them. They did not pick up the phone, than I sent an e-mail to Mr. Randy Franco and Ms. Laura Lazor. No answer from them. Today I gave them a call and I talked to Mr. Randy. And finally, he told me that there was a mistake, by mistake they sold the car to somebody else after I left. As I know there was one more appointment at 7pm on Saturday. Probably VW Orlando South got a higher number from her pocket and thought that it is a better deal on their side. I will also submit a complaint directly with the VW USA. I hope nobody will have that kind of experience.
