2021 Nissan Murano
I have a 2021 Murano SL purchased new from dealership. In September of 2024 I discovered that my heat no longer worked. The service department at the dealership kept the car for a month before finally determining that my amplifier control wasn’t functioning. Turns out the part was on back order and I’m STILL waiting for the part in July 2025 (10 months)! We’re getting closer to the … winter months and it’s not looking good for the part to be available any time soon so another winter without heat.
I’m beyond frustrated and can’t even sell the car for what it’s worth without this part.
