This dealership is dishonest. Their advertised prices are complete lies. They will not sell you a car at their advertised price, as they add so-called theft protection and other useless add-ons for $3000. These add-ons are not disclosed anywhere on their many used car advertising sites, nor in-person prior to completing the purchase. In my case, this was on a car listed just under $6000 on Edmunds, their own website, and many other used car websites. I wasted more than 2 hours driving there and back, plus test driving the car, before they disclosed their true offered price. Avoid this place, do not do business with them.

I've worked at car dealerships, and have bought from plenty over the years. My experience buying a 2017 Kia Sorento from Keyes Hyundai is how it should be done! I bought my car from Carlo, and he was great. I came in a couple times, and was hoping to get a newer Santa Fe, but was waiting for insurance money from my other Santa Fe getting totaled. Carlo certainly wanted me to commit on the spot (it's his job), but didn't really pressure me when I told him my situation. He also kept in touch with me over the following week, but it never felt like actual pressure. When I came back ready to buy, it turned out the 2019 Santa Fe was more than I wanted to spend. After a little prodding, he backed off, and then walked me around the lot, and found a slightly older Sorento (low miles, in great condition) that better fit my budget. We negotiated a price, after which he had the Sorento fully cleaned, and then he personally took it to the gas station to fill up the tank. Carlo went out of his way to make sure I left with the car I needed, and at a price I was comfortable with. I'll definitely be back when it's time to buy my next car!

Located an excellent deal on Edmunds, which was just click bate to get you to contact the dealership. Al Amin contacted me by text after receiving the inquiry through Edmunds and did not tell me the vehicle was advertised wrong. I asked for pricing and was told he had several of the vehicles. I sent a screenshot of the vehicle with vin and pricing and he claimed it was black Friday pricing and wanted to know when I could come in. He finally called and when I finally pressed him he claimed there was a mistake in the ad and the vehicle was not what was listed. The vehicle and pricing did not exist and the dealership tried to just get me to look at their other more expensive and higher mileage vehicles. NO INTEGRITY!!! False advertisement!!! The day before I set up a test drive and confirmed listed price of Bronco base model MSRP at 34k listed on website. Next day came in for the test drive and a price change to 49k(dealers only add on rims/tires with 2 inch lift for 5k)a total 15k mark up in 1 day, they must be insane that's not even out the door price probably in the 55k range for base model. Had sales rep laugh at me saying that it was funny that I thought they would sell Bronco at MSRP even it is listed on there website. Also had no problem telling me that they could sell it for what they wanted as it was a vehicle that would was in high demand and low availability.. Saying that someone would come in to buy it at that price if not higher. As well as mentioning they've done it with every Bronco they've sold and will sell.. Sales guy told me the only way I could get the MSRP price was to order online and wait 6 months... Even told me to refer to Edmund's to check price. I did and found the truth.(Thanks Edmunds) We'll be going to Galpin Ford, Valencia Ford or Star Ford their competitors.
