Dealership made the buying experience easier for me. Details follow. (Typical retired engineer!) Alex Montes, Sales. I asked Alex many questions about the RAV4, even after I had done all my research. Alex explained all the safety systems, drive modes, and the drive settings and how they affected vehicle performance. Alex’s explanations were easy to follow. This was my first vehicle purchase that included a multitude of safety, driving, and multimedia systems. Although I didn’t test drive the RAV4 at Herb Chambers, I asked Alex what a test drive would entail with him. Alex stated that he would always go over all the safety systems with a prospective buyer and then give them the keys and let them test drive it themselves with OR without his presence. The ‘vehicle fit’ is put back in the hands of the buyer, not the seller at this dealership! Tim Nguyen, Sales Manager. Tim was probably most instrumental in the purchase of my Toyota RAV4 XLE. Tim really listens to you and thinks outside the box to come up with viable solutions. He had an SUV on the lot where he added in a feature that made it comparable to the vehicle I wanted. When it came to my trade-in, Tim was fair and willing to put in the extra effort to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I appreciated Tim’s technical knowledge of the vehicle, attention to detail, and listening to my needs in finding a vehicle fit for me! Jennifer Anderson, Service. By far best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I had gone to two other Hyundai’s and a Honda, all of which gave me prices way higher than listed online and did the typical “walking back and forth to speak to their manager.” I have a super busy schedule so I can’t afford to take a day off to be messed with. Hyundai of Auburn did the entire pricing and credit process with me via email and phone so when I went in, I already knew the exact payment. I worked with Stan Otoo Genesis, Jackie Sebastian, and Caitlin Langevin. All of them communicated with one another and made everything go smoothly. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They are deceitful and will take you for a ride if you let them. They mark up their vehicles well above the sticker price but you don't see the paperwork until the deal is made, then you realize that you have been swindled. They also employed a bate and switch scam on me. Go to any other Nissan dealer other than Sullivan Brothers. BE WARNED. If I could have given negative stars, I would have.

Finally completed shopping experience & down to what I would purchase! One Carvana listing place states the vehicle can be shipped free to your door, while another says pick up available. Another says its available in Wichita Ks, then another says pick up Ok City, while another Atlanta. $1999 or---- Ship it to you No wonder Carvana cost structure is bleeding money qtr after qtr with inventory caught at the wrong price IMHO.
