Our previous vehicle was stolen the end of January so following insurance company payout we were in the need of a suitable replacement. Since the payout was far less than acceptable to replace our stolen vehicle we decided to change make and model. We chose the Lincoln AWD line. The first used car company we chose was Enterprise. However they failed to contact us and the vehicle we were looking at, the price was suddenly raised $1700. The next place with an excellent 2019 Lincoln MKZ Reserve 1 AWD on their lot was EchoPark Centennial. I expressed an interest in the car and was immediately contacted by their call center and Nida Syed. She stayed in contact with us through the whole process, including financing and delivery. All of the folks at EchoPark Centennial were great, friendly and very attentive. At the end of the day Ben Ziloa facilitated the drop off of our rental car and return to the dealership. Over 1K was paid for my county taxes and now I have to put in the legwork, threaten lawsuits, etc. due to FRAUDULENT business practices. Have purchased cars my entire life and NEVER heard of anything like this. Worse yet...my county said they have had repeated problems with McDonald not paying the taxes already paid by the customer at purchase. Sounds like a scam to me. DON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU!
