Located an excellent deal on Edmunds, which was just click bate to get you to contact the dealership. Al Amin contacted me by text after receiving the inquiry through Edmunds and did not tell me the vehicle was advertised wrong. I asked for pricing and was told he had several of the vehicles. I sent a screenshot of the vehicle with vin and pricing and he claimed it was black Friday pricing and wanted to know when I could come in. He finally called and when I finally pressed him he claimed there was a mistake in the ad and the vehicle was not what was listed. The vehicle and pricing did not exist and the dealership tried to just get me to look at their other more expensive and higher mileage vehicles. Ahamad was our salesman, he provided an excellent service. I was really looking for another car but no dealer offered me the opportunity to have the car that I like. We went to Honda and stopped at Toyota Ceritos where Ahamed would look like if he knew us, we went to see the cars he had. Toyota but we had the deal with Honda and they were waiting for us. I saw the cars and I loved the attention of the Crown. They had the Panda Platinum. Ahamed offered me to try the car but this car was inside the dealership and I found one that they had outside. It didn't take any less time. After 3 hours of having the car at my house, I never had that attention as Ahamed didn't give it. The only thing I didn't like was the treatment given to us by the last person who was where we signed the papers. He seemed upset and his tone of voice. He started to suffer as if he were angry, that was not the good thing in the end but Ahamed did a great job, thank you Toyota Cerritos for having a good employee like Ahamed and thank you

on 09/18/2023 we found a car for sale through Edmunds.com for $39,991.00. We liked the car after test drive and agreed to purchase for the asking price. But in the paper work they this added "Other F&I Products - $995" (which was not in the original listing). We asked the agent to explain this item and she said all of their has this item. My question why it was not shown in Edmunds.com listing. I am very upset and want to put this review for future buyers to be aware of this. Dealer had agreed to sell me an Accord Hybrid at an excellent price thanks to my company discount. We had agreed to a time to meet to sign the paperwork and to put down a deposit until the car had arrived from transit. As I'm getting ready to head over, I get a car from the dealership that the car had not only arrived earlier in the day, they sold it to someone else before I could even get over there. I get the sense of urgency and likely the fact that this other customer had agreed to pay more, but this was so stupid and short sighted. The 2024's are coming in soon and I'm sure you could have another Accord shipped to the dealership to meet this customer's demands. Instead, you decide to piss off a sure thing and ensure I will not only never return to this dealership again, but write a review to let people know how unprofessional these people are. So instead of 2 happy customers, you have 1. Doesn't take a genius to know this is bad business. I wasted an entire week speaking to this dealer and turning down other offers to purchase this car, and now my process essentially has to start over. If you love [non-permissible content removed], lying car dealers, look no further than the folks at Honda DTLA.
