Once that was found out, I was asked more than once to let them try financing the car for me. I said no, at the end of the day the finance manager had absurd fees. 1. 499 for tinted windows (really the car did not have tint) "oh we can take that off" 2. 799 for Scotchgarde seats. (REALLY) 3. 799 for a some 3 year tracking device (REALLY) 4. 599 for a strip of plastic on the door that claims to prevent door dings. you can find this at AMAZON FOR 8.39 [HTML removed] I can go on and on at the end of the day the total came in over 16k. Their internet prices are BAIT AND SWITCH. The finance manager said the fees above are mandatory for this dealership. Oh I'm sorry I don't want to be forced to subscribed to a copy for a 3yr tracking system, and I'm sorry I don't want to pay 800 dollars to get clean seats when purchasing a car. Guys this car was AS IS, but yet they added all of those things that benefited their pockets. Sticker price was $42,000 they up the price by $1000 to $43,000. This is their response: "after looking through your deal we found that the initial $42k price included our extra safety feature, A response from Mr. Cooley " the additional $1,000 on the initial price quote worksheet was for the Clay Cooley Connected & Protected Package" He admitted that the " Clay Cooley Connected & Protected Package" for $1,000 was not itemized or shown on the price of the car. He said that it was later taken off the MSRP price but the charge was applied to my agreed upon discount of $3,750. So, according to him my discount was only $2,750. He was unable to tell me what the "Clay Cooley Connected & Protected Package" was but would have some one contact me to explain. As of this date, no one has contacted me. 1/10/2020

!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!If I could give a zero I would . I went to this location because there was a Nissan SR with a price of 12,850 on the internet. I had my own financing. Once that was found out, I was asked more than once to let them try financing the car for me. I said no, at the end of the day the finance manager had absurd fees. 1. 499 for tinted windows (really the car did not have tint) "oh we can take that off" 2. 799 for Scotchgarde seats. (REALLY) 3. 799 for a some 3 year tracking device (REALLY) 4. 599 for a strip of plastic on the door that claims to prevent door dings. you can find this at AMAZON FOR 8.39 [HTML removed] I can go on and on at the end of the day the total came in over 16k. Their internet prices are BAIT AND SWITCH. The finance manager said the fees above are mandatory for this dealership. Oh I'm sorry I don't want to be forced to subscribed to a copy for a 3yr tracking system, and I'm sorry I don't want to pay 800 dollars to get clean seats when purchasing a car. Guys this car was AS IS, but yet they added all of those things that benefited their pockets. I had my financing together , so at the end of they day they could not play with my rates, so they chose to add bogus fees to make a dollar.

I came in over the weekend to look at cars for my niece and spoke with Delwyn Phillips. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Altima I was interested in. Although i didnt purchase a car because i was just doing initial shopping for research, i didnt feel overly pressured to make a decision to purchase and that is HUGE in my book. I heard this was a new location and since it was close by, i decided to stop by and was impressed with inventory, showroom, and friendliness.
