Love the SUV but not the companies ethics when it

2018 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV
Love my an outlander suv but, my PHEV plug in drive batteries leave much to be desired. Mitsubishi advertised 100K warranty on the batteries however slither out of their warranty when an issue arose. They refuse to document the here they stand in battery dedergration, in other words if your battery will only charge to 30% of the original value like mine, they will say that is normal and … go ve you no support at all. Other than that, the SUV is very well made, drives well, feels high end… if the batteries just measured up it wouldd be the perfect vehicle. I don’t trust a company that won’t stand behind their warranty or give you any explanation.
