    I bought a 2014 super crew pick up. Two weeks later, I had to bring it back for some engine work. Harold Ford took 44 days to fix it. They replaced the timing chain and the heads. I asked for a breakdown of what they did and I still don't have it. Once I got the truck back, It had to go back in after a week for brake noise. I told Tom Cline the sales manager I would like a new truck. He said I would I have to eat the tax, doc fees and license which came to 2,779.66. I was ok with that, even though it took most of my trade in of 3,000.00. I wrote a check for the original 2014 truck in the amount of $30,000.00 that left me 30,220.33 Tom would only give me 28,000.00 towards a new truck. The truck I was looking at was 30,051.00 after all the mark downs. Tom was only going to give me part of the mark downs and didn't allow a discount of $2,700.00 which showed on their website. So far, he is holding back 4,920.33. I asked why and Tom replied its almost 2018 so its another year older. Then there's the tax, doc fees and license for the new truck in the amount of $3,599.93 in total that I would be out At $8,350.93 plus the fees from the 2014 would mean I would be out $11,130.59. The asking price on the new truck was$39,440.00. With mark downs it was 30,051.00. $30,051 plus 11,130.59 is higher than the msrp of $39,440. My truck held up for the first couple of months, then the rush of mechanical failures hit. I replaced the water pump, oxygen sensors, both batteries, alternator multiple blown out bulbs, and WIN module. Quite an extensive list for a truck that had just received a "thorough" inspection on a "superior" vehicle. Then, a few months ago, I rotated my tires and noticed in doing so that the tires KAREEMS had put on did not match the factory specifications to the truck. The PSI was well below what the heavy 3/4 ton truck required. I deflated the tires to their specs so as not to blow out or balloon them. Obviously because they were under inflated every TMPS on the rig then went haywire. Now-I know I purchased a used truck "As Is" however I was also sold a truck with "brand new tires" as advertised from Kareem's. One would think that a trustworthy dealership who prides themselves on integrity and honesty would be forthcoming with the fact that they put below grade tires on the truck. When I contacted them to ask what they would do to help mitigate the $1600 it would take me to replace my "brand new tires" with the APPROPRIATE new tires I would have to buy they dodged my calls repeatedly-finally coming back through text stating that they were not going to help reimburse the tires at all, and that I'm assuming that they knew the wrong tires were put on (by the tire shop they hired and paid to install them). Well-yes, I am assuming that considering that when they were filled to the tires maximum PSI it would have triggered the TMPS, which is why they then overfilled the tires 15 and 20 PSI OVER their maximum fill before selling it to me. Need I point out that overinflating tires past their maximum pressure will change how the vehicle handles, rides, steers and brakes. Under no circumstances should tires be overinflated. That will put the driver (ME) at risk of a blowout and will diminish the ability for me to control the truck. I am absolutely disgusted with this "world class customer service". I don't know what world you're from, but in my world, ignoring my calls, putting under rated tires on a heavy duty truck and not having the integrity to fix your mistake must be how you "drastically eliminate overhead" and is completely unacceptable. I will never buy another vehicle here again-nor will I recommend this joke of a dealership to anyone. Steer clear unless you want to pay for it later.

Quite an extensive list for a truck that had just received a "thorough" inspection on a "superior" vehicle. Then, a few months ago, I rotated my tires and noticed in doing so that the tires KAREEMS had put on did not match the factory specifications to the truck. The PSI was well below what the heavy 3/4 ton truck required. I deflated the tires to their specs so as not to blow out or balloon them. Obviously because they were under inflated every TMPS on the rig then went haywire. Now-I know I purchased a used truck "As Is" however I was also sold a truck with "brand new tires" as advertised from Kareem's. One would think that a trustworthy dealership who prides themselves on integrity and honesty would be forthcoming with the fact that they put below grade tires on the truck. When I contacted them to ask what they would do to help mitigate the $1600 it would take me to replace my "brand new tires" with the APPROPRIATE new tires I would have to buy they dodged my calls repeatedly-finally coming back through text stating that they were not going to help reimburse the tires at all, and that I'm assuming that they knew the wrong tires were put on (by the tire shop they hired and paid to install them). Well-yes, I am assuming that considering that when they were filled to the tires maximum PSI it would have triggered the TMPS, which is why they then overfilled the tires 15 and 20 PSI OVER their maximum fill before selling it to me. Need I point out that overinflating tires past their maximum pressure will change how the vehicle handles, rides, steers and brakes. Under no circumstances should tires be overinflated. That will put the driver (ME) at risk of a blowout and will diminish the ability for me to control the truck. I am absolutely disgusted with this "world class customer service". I don't know what world you're from, but in my world, ignoring my calls, putting under rated tires on a heavy duty truck and not having the integrity to fix your mistake must be how you "drastically eliminate overhead" and is completely unacceptable. I will never buy another vehicle here again-nor will I recommend this joke of a dealership to anyone. Steer clear unless you want to pay for it later.
