This is the second vehicle I purchase from STG and the experience went hassle free like before. I was helped out by Daniel Rodas both times and he’s as professional as he is respectful and courteous. Daniel wasn’t pushy at all and made sure to get me the best deal possible. Of course there was a bit of back and forth to try and get the best deal but everything went fairly smooth. The sales manager Campos was willing to help us out and made sure that we left satisfied. So far I’ve had nothing but great experiences dealing with STG and Daniel which I highly recommend. If you’re in the market for a vehicle go see them at the Montclair location.

To Whom it may concern: I want to let you know how hugely disappointed I am with your company. I found a Jeep for $19,975, made an appointment to see it and drove 6 hours one way to get there. Once I got there and drove the Jeep I wanted to purchase it. To make a long story short there was an addition of $11,000 dollars for "dealer additions". This is clearly false advertisement. I realize you have a disclaimer but no where in your ad does it specify what the dealer additions are or what the amount of them are. You wait until the person gets there to spring it on them. Totally [non-permissible content removed] way of doing business. I can't do much but I will be filing complaints with all institutions I can plus writing reviews to warn people about your company's false advertising practices. I will also be contacting Mitsubishi so they know how you conduct your company which has their name on it. Really, really can't believe you operate like this. It's not like the customer won't find out about the addition cost added on to the bogus sales price. I hope that I can save someone else the time and disappointment you cause, or at least keep some business from you in some fashion. I have time on my hands and have other ways of getting even. You won't even know how much time I make your staff waste chasing false customers and leads. I promise you will regret it just like I regret going there to make a honest purchase. Richard Bell

I have purchased many cars/SUV's/pickup trucks in my life. Last week I bought a 2021 SUV for my wife. Doing an internet search, I discovered the ideal vehicle at a fair price at Valencia BMW in Valencia, CA. (I live in Tucson, AZ.) I contacted them and had the great, good fortune to be connected to Client Advisor Mazen Gharzeddine. He answered every question completely and honestly. He sent me narrated walk-around videos of the exterior and interior. He expedited all of the necessary paperwork utilizing a Tucson-based Notary. The SUV was shipped to our front door. The interstate nature of the transaction requires special attention to myriad details, Mazen did it all professionally. (I have nicknamed him "Amazing Mazen".) He is an issue resolver. My wife loves her new-to-her SUV. We got a very nice vehicle at an acceptable price, and had a totally positive experience with Valencia BMW; especially Amazing Mazen.
