We just bought a new 2023 Pacifica from AutoNation in Spring, TX. We had an exceptional, no-hassle experience working with our sales rep, Alyssa. It was relatively fast, fair and we got the vehicle we wanted for a GREAT price. Car buying experiences can leave a bad taste in your mouth and everyone typically hates the process. We had a very easy time because we did our homework on the vehicle first (we actually RENTED the exact model we wanted and drove it for three weeks to get a really good feel for it). We knew what the vehicle MSRP was and what the current market in our area was for pricing. We also paid cash which helps speed the process considerably. If we hadn't paid cash, we would have come pre-approved with a loan. It's important to do this, otherwise you'll literally sit in the dealership for a full day. Horrible horrible. My son purchase a vehicle on June 24, 2022. He was leaving from college and the entire ABS system went out, luckily he was smart to through the emergency brake on . He could of hurt himself or someone else on the road. We took the car to Infiniti and they sat aged the entire ABS system was modified (this was not disclosed to us). My son purchased an extended warranty as well which is null and void because of the modifications. The dealership says it’s $12,000 to fix. We just purchased this vehicle for 26k and shift says oh well. No help out all. My son is paying a car that is sitting there and no help. Please don’t go.
