The dashboard in the truck said 180000 around. Then the guy trying to sell it to me almost seemed in disbelief that I had wanted to test drive the vehicle before making a decision on making a purchase. Even tried saying he could get in trouble for allowing me to take it for a spin. And when he let me finally drive the suv he still wouldn't put dealer tags. Then tried playing hard ball on the price afterward asking for 6k plus taxes and fees. The kkb of the suv was 3500 in excellent condition. The vehicle was in average condition at best and still couldn't take it on a main road to really find out. I told the gentleman about the kkb value of the vehicle and he shrugged and said kbb had no clue what they were talking about.

I went there to buy a 2018 Prius Prime advertised on Edmunds with 14,000 miles for $22,481. I spoke to "Naomi" a number of times on the phone and asked for her when I got there. I was handed off to a random salesman who took me out to the car. When I asked him if there was any flexibility in the price he said that they add a $2900 "dealer fee". That brought the price to $25,381 which was about the same asking price as many similar cars being advertised. I figured the price was a lie so the mileage was probably a lie too. I didn't wait for them to fill the empty tank so I could go for a test drive. Don't waste your time going to this hole. The positive reviews are probably all written by them.

I showed up ready to negotiate to purchase the car. Before they even show you the car they want your credit card. I spent 20 mins answering stupid questions before they even showed me the car. Then they wouldn't let me drive it, but wanted to sit down and talk numbers. I said I'm not talking numbers without driving the car. The number they gave me was $4000 more than the advertised price. Calling it Dealer prep or some nonsense. When told them I was a cash buyer they wanted to tack on another $1000 for not financing through them. I walked out, went to another dearlership and bought another car two days later sold by professional car salesman with no bullcrap. Horrible place Stay away. This was far and away the sketchiest used car dealership I've ever been to and that's saying a lot. In a random alley, their stock was nowhere near up to date on their website, they acted surprised when I pointed out that the car smelled like the inside of a cigarette, and just overall a really weird vibe. The cars in stock weren't really great quality. They have high end cars but they are in terrible shape and priced as if they are pristine.
