On 11-25-2022, we visited FJ Mercedes and ended up trading in our 2021 GLA with a 2023 GLA with a few more features that we need. As always FJ Mercedes is always nice, clean and professional. This review is especially written for our Sales Rep Ali Mehrnia. During the past 15 years, our friends and families did acquired a few cars from FJ. We have encountered quite a few sales rep, some good some just barely enough to get the job done until we met Ali. Ali is very courteous, understanding our needs, not pushy, especially not trying to put down the car we traded in like some others sales rep. He went out of his way to make sure our needs are satisfied even after the sale transaction is complete. We totally recommend FJ Mercedes, especially Ali and his manager Austin. We have asked for Ali to be our permanent Sales Rep for all future transactions. Updated 1/2/2023 After purchasing the car on 11/25/2022, we encountered a situation that we need help from the dealer to address to MB corporate. Luckily, Mr Gonzalez, the GM at FJ Mercedes, had stepped in and directed his team including Mr Austin Real, Mr Ali Mehrnia, Ms Shadi Moghadam (Finance Manager), Mr Payden Evans (Product Specialist) and Mr Steven Kim from Service to help us resolving the issue quickly, smoothly and professionally. Everyone went out of their way to give us the confidence that FJ Mercedes will always stand behind the customer for any issue to make sure the customer is fully satisfied. Dealer Review:
I rarely post public reviews preferring to handle any feedback or praise directly with a business, but I had such a poor experience with Park Place Mercedes in Ft Worth that resulted in an unnecessary waste of time and a flagrant representation of poor service and integrity – truly bait and switch. Earlier this week, I listed my 2021 Mercedes for sale on a couple of public sites and received interest from several private individuals. A few days after my listing, Oliver from Park Place Mercedes reached out to me through the Auto Trader website inquiring about my car and expressing strong interest in buying my particular model. After I told him I already had several inquiries and an offer, he asked if I would share the offer amount which I did. He then asked me if I would be open to a higher offer which he sent to me in a text message reflecting that the amount was the floor offer and the offer could potentially increase if I would bring the car into their Ft Worth store to view. I told him the floor offer wasn’t compelling enough for me to drive to Ft Worth (I live an hour away) and I’d accept the private party offer. He asked me to give him some time to talk to his manager, and I sent him additional photos and videos of my car including two minor wheel scuffs. The next morning the same sales rep reached out to me and said he had received permission from his manager to increase his floor offer. Again, he indicated that the offer could increase after they were able to view the car in person, but they would guarantee the floor offer sight unseen (all of this in writing). I told him I would bring the car to their store in Ft Worth with the understanding the floor offer was the minimum amount. I also told him my time was limited and to have everything ready which he confirmed after requesting a copy of my driver’s license. I convinced a friend to drive to Ft Worth to pick me up since I’d be selling the car and would need a ride back to my home. When I arrived at their store, the sale rep greeted me and told me they wanted to look at the car. The sales rep looked at the car and then had two other individuals look at and drive the car. After nearly an hour wait, the sales rep returned to let me know there was an unknown defect with a loose clip on my front bumper that needed to be replaced (would require 4 hours of labor he contended), and they were only willing to offer me an amount lower than the committed floor offer and lower than the private individual offer. When I mentioned that my car, a 2021 Mercedes, was under warranty and any defects would be covered, he ignored me and shrugged his shoulders. This is a Mercedes dealer, not to mention the same automotive group that I bought my vehicle. I immediately walked out of the store with not so much as an apology or explanation from the sales rep or his manager. I even texted the sales rep after I got home to express my frustration for wasting my time and received no acknowledgment or response. The fact that they proactively and diligently engaged me to buy my car and displayed such a lack of integrity and disregard of my time using such a foolish bait and switch tactics is appalling. I have bought several high-end automobiles from Sewell in the last couple of years, and I can emphatically say that the Park Place family of dealerships won’t even be a consideration for me in the future.

Waited to write this review so that I could list accurately and honestly. Wait, there’s a word that Earth motor cars could learn! My experience On 1/28/22 I purchased a 2014 bmw m6 with 39,000 miles. This was an online deal and I ended flying in to drive the car back 600 miles. My first experience, salesman Sonny/Sunny. Hands me the key and says take it for a drive.. he calls me ten minutes later and says is everything ok? Well maybe the gas tank shouldn’t read 2 miles to empty when you know a customer is coming in for a test drive? Had to use my own $ and put $10 worth of gas. Upon visual inspection ( what they failed to tell me prior to arriving) totally scratched navigation $500 to replace. Multiple scratches on the trunk. $750 repaint. Back widow tint bubbles from extreme heat exposure $650.Yes, it is a used car, but abused and used are too different things. Sunny says we will fill the car up for you so you can hit the road on your 600 mile trip… we’ll they said it’s policy to only fill half the tank for a customer spending $50,000? So they only gave me a half tank of gas! Less than 40 miles into my trip the add engine oil light comes on. The car is 3/4 of a quart low? Hmm must be policy to only put 7 quarts in a 8 quart car. Sunny.. says the car has run flats?( really because OEM bmw tires are Michelin pilots run flats. The car had Kuhmo tires). The car did get me home without any mechanical issues. 2/5/22. Took the car to get a haircut. 2 blocks from home, the drivetrain malfunction light comes on. Possible misfires or worse. I have owned 4 bmws prior to this one so I started to check the obvious. Upon taking the air filter boxes out. I discovered a dirt clog the size of a baseball in the air intake from the grill to the box?(sunny says we did a 100+ point inspection?) how could you miss that?Outcome, injectors are stuck in the open position flooding the oil with gas. Repair bill $3090. Car had a soft recall from bmw which they call extended warranty.. said dealership( earth motor cars) should have taken it in to have them replaced? Lastly, NEVER trust the salesman, the stealership, or any staff at Earth Motor Cars. I would expound more.. but currently have a lawyer for some other issues I discovered that could possibly be criminal in nature.. carfax is currently investigating some issues as well. .
