Brand new car broke down less than 2 hrs. after purchase. • Sat. 3:05p - Left the Crain lot with a new car. • Sat. 5:00p - New car BROKE DOWN then towed back to dealership. • Tues. 3:30p--Still can't get through to a manager. Not included in timeline: • Incorrect odometer reading on purchase receipt. • Car dying in the middle of the road several times in its short life. • Being told by Crain staff to **walk** to another car dealership for help. • Customer Relations to me: "Unfortunately, things break." "I don't know how long [the owner] is going to be gone, and that is the 100% truth." • Sound of locked tires being dragged onto the tow truck. I'm still attempting to contact the owner, Chris Crain. In his own words to Arkansas Business, “I do what I can to please the customer to achieve 100 percent customer satisfaction. You can always replace inventory, but not the customers.” If we reach a resolution, I will update this review.
