Put a deposit down on a Toyota Tundra which was stated to have 35;010 miles. Now we can understand some additional miles (like 50-75) for other test drives and whatever, but when we went to apply for the loan the paper work stated 35,614 miles !! WTH !!! They put 600 additional miles on this truck and acted like it was no big deal ! It also had a big scratch on the back fender ! They were the most rude and obnoxious dealership we had ever dealt with ! Talked to us and rolled their eyes, like we were stupid ! The only bright spot in this whole ordeal was our sales woman Candace, kind, considerate and apologetic. And the only reason they got one star was because I had to !

Bill Gallagher was the sales representative who helped us with my New car. He was very understanding and made sure that we were comfortable with the decision on the car. Put a deposit down on a Toyota Tundra which was stated to have 35;010 miles. Now we can understand some additional miles (like 50-75) for other test drives and whatever, but when we went to apply for the loan the paper work stated 35,614 miles !! WTH !!! They put 600 additional miles on this truck and acted like it was no big deal ! It also had a big scratch on the back fender ! They were the most rude and obnoxious dealership we had ever dealt with ! Talked to us and rolled their eyes, like we were stupid ! The only bright spot in this whole ordeal was our sales woman Candace, kind, considerate and apologetic. And the only reason they got one star was because I had to !
