2008 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class
Bought this new Jan 2008. Owned 2 ML's before so hoped this would be a more reliable choice. Not so. From very beginning, things went downhill. Fortunatelly warranty covered repairs/replacement parts but because we put 25K per year, warranty ran out before expiration of time so we were stuck with the repair bills beginning in third year. Light bulbs were burning out in 2-3 years. … Major repairs, AC compressor, turbocharger, 4wd transaxle. We are getting ready to replace with a leased vehicle. No MB models on the list. Genesis, Kia, and Audi are top choices.
