Purchasing a car from Mercedes Benz Ontario has been by far the best experience compared to other dealerships, including other Mercedes Benz locations. If/when we get a new car I am planning to return to this location. There is a Mercedes Benz car dealership 10 minutes away from home but because of the excellent service I received at Mercedes Benz Ontario I am willing and happy to drive 2 hours. Sales Consultant Ali Ferdaous was very professional, respectful, and understanding of our situation. He was honest and made me feel a valued customer throughout our interaction. He went above and beyond to explain the car features, helping me to set up my phone, adjust my seat, and even adjusting the trunk of the car! We purchased that car during late evening hours but Ali took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. He followed up with us a few days later to make sure everything was going well and we didn't have additional questions. Sales Manager Yogi Kang was also very helpful and professional. He understood that we had drove 1 hour to buy a car at their location and was willing to work with us and meet our expectations. He was professional, friendly, and patient. Finance Director Johnny Jabbour explained the contract and options in detail, making sure that we understood every document we were signing and that all the information given was accurate. He was funny and friendly, we really enjoyed interacting with him. The customer service was more than excellent. We went back home driving a new car and super happy because they made us feel appreciated as customers. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and we hope to be back soon!

Their cars are overpriced. They try and tell you that they are not but you and I know they put a huge cushion. So greed overcomes customer service and reputation. They do not want to deal. When other similar cars are at lower prices. They really only want to sell at the highest possible rate and offer you nothing in return. I had the wrong idea coming into their dealership in Los Angeles expecting to will and deal get a fair price and leave feeling happy about my purchase. Nope I left saying I will never come back here again. That just about sums it up.

I bought a used 2018 Ford Escape. It had a head liner that needed to be fixed. I pointed it out to the sales staff. They said if I bought it they would fix it. Once after purchase I makes several attempts to to schedule the repair. Finally I got a call back. The service department had it on two separate occasions. Both times failing to repair it. Then over the next two months and 13 phone calls with each a promise that a e mail was sent to the used car manager. I had no reply. After all but giving up I got a call yesterday from the GM. He wanted me to remove my yelp review if he was able to actually make the repair. I said I would not drive to his dealership for a third time. He had to pick it up. So he said he wound get in fixed in my town. I said ok. Today I got a text with a change in tone. He said I had to drive it to Walnut Creek. What [non-permissible content removed]. Stay away from these guys. Horrible people.
