I had an amazing experience at Walter’s Mercedes! The staff was super helpful throughout the whole experience. I pulled up and was checking the car out outside and wanted to see more cars so I walked in and was greeted super nicely at the front desk and told that they would bring someone to speak to me. I got Selvin Pineda as my Sales consultant and he was a really helpful and cool dude to talk to. He didn’t make me feel rushed or pressed considering I got there like at 5 and they closed at 6 on a Saturday. I honestly just went to see the car but everything was just natural and he was extremely knowledgeable about the Mercedes models so I just fell in love with the car. Overall I really appreciate Selvin and his patience because me and the people I took had many questions throughout and he answered everything in a real nice and helpful manner. If you come here I hope you get lucky and end up getting helped by Selvin. When I went upstairs to sign the paperwork I spoke with Justin Campbell and while I waited I made an espresso in a beautiful little kitchen like counter that they have downstairs. They also have amazing snacks but since it was late it wasn’t fully stocked anymore. While talking to Justin he mentioned they had twinkies their and I was shocked they had those so I told him I hadn’t had any since high school. He asked if I got any when I made my espresso and I told him they must’ve ran out because I didn’t see them. He told me not to worry because after everything was done he’d have some Twinkies for me. We signed the papers and he explained everything thoroughly from the care packages to the gap insurance and maintenance timeline. He explained everything so well that I had honestly forgot about the twinkies but he thanfully didn’t. Im very happy to say I left Mercedes in my new car eating a delicious twinkie. So BIG Thank to you Selvin and Justin you guys truly made this experience super smooth for me and I highly recommend Walter’s Mercedes Benz of Riverside, they’ll definetely take care of you here.

Their cars are overpriced. They try and tell you that they are not but you and I know they put a huge cushion. So greed overcomes customer service and reputation. They do not want to deal. When other similar cars are at lower prices. They really only want to sell at the highest possible rate and offer you nothing in return. I had the wrong idea coming into their dealership in Los Angeles expecting to will and deal get a fair price and leave feeling happy about my purchase. Nope I left saying I will never come back here again. That just about sums it up.

If/when we get a new car I am planning to return to this location. There is a Mercedes Benz car dealership 10 minutes away from home but because of the excellent service I received at Mercedes Benz Ontario I am willing and happy to drive 2 hours. Sales Consultant Ali Ferdaous was very professional, respectful, and understanding of our situation. He was honest and made me feel a valued customer throughout our interaction. He went above and beyond to explain the car features, helping me to set up my phone, adjust my seat, and even adjusting the trunk of the car! We purchased that car during late evening hours but Ali took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. He followed up with us a few days later to make sure everything was going well and we didn't have additional questions. Sales Manager Yogi Kang was also very helpful and professional. He understood that we had drove 1 hour to buy a car at their location and was willing to work with us and meet our expectations. He was professional, friendly, and patient. Finance Director Johnny Jabbour explained the contract and options in detail, making sure that we understood every document we were signing and that all the information given was accurate. He was funny and friendly, we really enjoyed interacting with him. The customer service was more than excellent. We went back home driving a new car and super happy because they made us feel appreciated as customers. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and we hope to be back soon!
