I bought a used 2018 Ford Escape. It had a head liner that needed to be fixed. I pointed it out to the sales staff. They said if I bought it they would fix it. Once after purchase I makes several attempts to to schedule the repair. Finally I got a call back. The service department had it on two separate occasions. Both times failing to repair it. Then over the next two months and 13 phone calls with each a promise that a e mail was sent to the used car manager. I had no reply. After all but giving up I got a call yesterday from the GM. He wanted me to remove my yelp review if he was able to actually make the repair. I said I would not drive to his dealership for a third time. He had to pick it up. So he said he wound get in fixed in my town. I said ok. Today I got a text with a change in tone. He said I had to drive it to Walnut Creek. What [non-permissible content removed]. Stay away from these guys. Horrible people.

Their cars are overpriced. They try and tell you that they are not but you and I know they put a huge cushion. So greed overcomes customer service and reputation. They do not want to deal. When other similar cars are at lower prices. They really only want to sell at the highest possible rate and offer you nothing in return. If/when we get a new car I am planning to return to this location. There is a Mercedes Benz car dealership 10 minutes away from home but because of the excellent service I received at Mercedes Benz Ontario I am willing and happy to drive 2 hours. Sales Consultant Ali Ferdaous was very professional, respectful, and understanding of our situation. He was honest and made me feel a valued customer throughout our interaction. He went above and beyond to explain the car features, helping me to set up my phone, adjust my seat, and even adjusting the trunk of the car! We purchased that car during late evening hours but Ali took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. He followed up with us a few days later to make sure everything was going well and we didn't have additional questions. Sales Manager Yogi Kang was also very helpful and professional. He understood that we had drove 1 hour to buy a car at their location and was willing to work with us and meet our expectations. He was professional, friendly, and patient. Finance Director Johnny Jabbour explained the contract and options in detail, making sure that we understood every document we were signing and that all the information given was accurate. He was funny and friendly, we really enjoyed interacting with him. The customer service was more than excellent. We went back home driving a new car and super happy because they made us feel appreciated as customers. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and we hope to be back soon!

I want them to know if they feel it is too far from Tucson - it is well worth the trip- Steve was my sales person and he was good enough to tell me the history behind the dealership, which I greatly appreciated. I try to always deal with honest reputable people, may not be the cheapest but the result is far better. The dealership is located close to I10 and (after recently having been in an accident with only a rental car to depend on - I really wanted to get a vehicle) - Steve explained about the dealer check up for vehicles - we did a test drive and I let him know my concern about getting the vehicle back to Tucson and the rental car return. He called the rental car company to confirm for me that I coul drop it off in Tempe and drive my vehicle home- thus eliminating a lot of stress. The dealership is clean, all employees are pleasant and helpful. No hard sell - just people who sell grat vehicles that are worth the money!!!! I love my vehicle and would recommend that anyone looking for a new or used vehicle go to Tempe & Bill Luke and ask for Steve. If I do ever need another vehicle I will not hesitate to start there first. I am well satisfied
