I had an amazing experience at Walter’s Mercedes! The staff was super helpful throughout the whole experience. I pulled up and was checking the car out outside and wanted to see more cars so I walked in and was greeted super nicely at the front desk and told that they would bring someone to speak to me. I got Selvin Pineda as my Sales consultant and he was a really helpful and cool dude to talk to. He didn’t make me feel rushed or pressed considering I got there like at 5 and they closed at 6 on a Saturday. I honestly just went to see the car but everything was just natural and he was extremely knowledgeable about the Mercedes models so I just fell in love with the car. Overall I really appreciate Selvin and his patience because me and the people I took had many questions throughout and he answered everything in a real nice and helpful manner. If you come here I hope you get lucky and end up getting helped by Selvin. When I went upstairs to sign the paperwork I spoke with Justin Campbell and while I waited I made an espresso in a beautiful little kitchen like counter that they have downstairs. They also have amazing snacks but since it was late it wasn’t fully stocked anymore. While talking to Justin he mentioned they had twinkies their and I was shocked they had those so I told him I hadn’t had any since high school. He asked if I got any when I made my espresso and I told him they must’ve ran out because I didn’t see them. He told me not to worry because after everything was done he’d have some Twinkies for me. We signed the papers and he explained everything thoroughly from the care packages to the gap insurance and maintenance timeline. He explained everything so well that I had honestly forgot about the twinkies but he thanfully didn’t. Im very happy to say I left Mercedes in my new car eating a delicious twinkie. So BIG Thank to you Selvin and Justin you guys truly made this experience super smooth for me and I highly recommend Walter’s Mercedes Benz of Riverside, they’ll definetely take care of you here.

***BEWARE*** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! My family drove 3 hours from Ventura County to purchase a car that was being "held" for us. The morning after the car was promised to be held for us we got all the way down there and they are literally selling the car to another person IN FRONT OF US!!! I don't think it can get any more unprofessional than that. Not to mention the car was NOT clean and had scratches all over the door and dash so we would not have purchased it either way. These are BAD AWFUL cars they get from cheap auctions and resell them with damage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I am also contacting the BBB, Bureau of Consumer Protection, FTC, I am having the State check on the status of their license to even be selling cars. HOW DARE YOU!

Ahamad was our salesman, he provided an excellent service. I was really looking for another car but no dealer offered me the opportunity to have the car that I like. We went to Honda and stopped at Toyota Ceritos where Ahamed would look like if he knew us, we went to see the cars he had. Toyota but we had the deal with Honda and they were waiting for us. I saw the cars and I loved the attention of the Crown. They had the Panda Platinum. Ahamed offered me to try the car but this car was inside the dealership and I found one that they had outside. It didn't take any less time. After 3 hours of having the car at my house, I never had that attention as Ahamed didn't give it. The only thing I didn't like was the treatment given to us by the last person who was where we signed the papers. He seemed upset and his tone of voice.
