I made an appointment to see this car with my son. He test drove it and liked it. Started negotiating price since the $8,995 (the price shown on the car and all their ads) was a little more than my son wanted to spend, salesman told us to come inside and he's see what he could do. His offer: $14,500, which was a "great deal" considering they installed Lojack and other options. I still can't believe this type of deception is allowed to happen. We walked out, and will never do business with this dealership again.

In the process of negotiating for an SUV, market adjustment was removed from the price break down doc, only to be added to an altered MSRP that did not match the window sticker.
