Dealer Review:

My salesmen was Seth. He was great from the start, he brought us over to the other lot where they had just revived Palisades and helped us find the exact one we wanted. When it came to negotiations he was great about not putting high pressure on taking the highest price possible, the manager and him ( I think Seth the internet sales manager ) but they worked well to get us within the out the door price we were looking for. This buying experience was the best yet when it comes to sales, test drives, and sales pressure. The only reason I don’t give five stars is because of the finance experience. I’m unsure how many times I had to tell the finance manger/office that I didn’t want to pay the extra x amount for an “ extended” warranty. And he was just basically trying to pressure me into getting it by saying “ what do you mean you don’t want it” over and over again, and also at one point mentioned “ well we talked to ENT(the credit union)” and he was trying to make it seem like I HAD to buy it in order to get the loan, which is obviously not true, so I snapped and said I am not getting the warranty, I know that’s simply not true.
