Fun to drive, interior setup needs work

2025 Mazda CX-50
Overall the drive is great. The hybrid gets amazing gas milage, the main reason I picked this one. But the interior setup is very poor. There is hardly any storage, the piano black huge gear shift cover scratches, and the cupholders are tucked under the dash buttons. The main storage is the center console that has the dual opening doors. This looks cool, but it's just one giant bucket. … There's no additional storage anywhere else on the dash other than the above glasses holder. There is a huge chunk of the gear shift cover that is this beautiful glossy bright piano black, the only drawback is that it scratches just from looking at it! It makes me sick to think about what this thing will look like in 5 - 10 years, and I don't even have kids. And lastly, the cup holders are tiny and tucked up in front of the gear shift / under the dash buttons. I can hardly fit anything larger than a medium sized drink in there. My 24oz cups KEEP PRESSING THE HEATED SEAT BUTTONS AND TURNING THEM ON, it's driving me crazy. Last week I tried to get my cup from home out and it got water all over the gear shift and electric buttons that are contained there.
