2011 Lincoln Town Car
I've been a fan of the rear wheel drive v-8's since my first car at age 16( a 1972 Olds 98 LS).,, the Towncar is the most comfortable , safe and reliable used car on the market today. I had a 2004 Ultimate, a 2007 Signature and a 2008 Signature . The 2008 only had 11,000 miles on it when I bought it 6 years ago( owned by an elderly gent who bought it as his trophy car),, I've driven … it 30k miles with few issues. Be aware that all cars have a ton of plastic parts, the Towncar is no exception. And plastic becomes brittle and cracks over time,,generating some good size repair bills. My dashboard actuators broke,,had to pull the dash and replace them, a $1,200 repair. My AC compressor went out,,another big repair bill.,,that said, the Towncar hasn't been made since 2011 and the newest ones on the road are 12-13 years old. If you accept that fact and plan for repairs it offers a ride that you cant get from any new sedan, at any price.,,long live the king!!
