Dealer Review:
I highly recommend that you bring any vehicle from them to your trusted mechanic for inspection and I would never buy the warranty again as it didn't cover anything when my truck broke down 32 days after purchase. Staff was not helpful with the break down even though I paid $3,500 for an extended warranty. Once I paid to have it towed back to them (under warranty) they were able to fix the issue quickly and did not charge me for tightening the bolts that hold the starter on the vehicle. My lingering question is if they do a full inspection how are there loose bolts and why was a $400 lube service recommended on a truck I paid $35,000 for, only 32 days prior. It was explained to me that their standard operating procedure does not bring their used vehicles upto service recommendations (aside from an oil change or visibly broken items) regardless of the vehicle price. Average buying experience, disappointed ever since. Purchased from Forest Lake Ram
