Please read the reviews and do your homework first. They sold us a vehicle that is practically worthless that we now have a loan on for $23,000. When we complained the manager called an app offered if we took the complaint down that they would refund some of the extras that they make a mandatory when you buy the vehicle, and the tires that I had to put on the vehicle, because the tires that I had on the vehicle were not rated for the vehicle, then once we took the bad review down, the story changed. This is not a respectable business, and I would not recommend giving this dealership not a penny of your money.

Dealer Review:
They advertise a car nationwide and will not sell it to anybody out of California. I never heard of such a thing and it seems ridiculous. You have to come in person to pick the car up and cannot have it picked up by a shipping company even if you pay by money wire.

I was looking for a Car from a Premium brand that I would use for regular commute mostly in the City of LA. For the price, fuel economy, reliability, resale and safety - Lexus UX200 was a GREAT buy for me. I looked at X1, Q3 and GLA, they all have certain things (like rear space for passengers in X1 and the cargo space etc.,) going better compared to Lexus whereas certain other things … (fuel economy, base price, reliability etc.,) not so great. I got the base version with some extras like Sunroof, Power rear door, Rear view mirror with compass and Homelink etc., Overall, for what I was looking for as a new entrant into the Luxury car segment, driving the car in Los Angeles for commute, this worked out so well for me. I kept my Mazda CX-5 for 6 years before selling it now. I hope I keep this Lexus UX200 longer with almost no expenses for any big maintenance.
