Noisy/rough drivetrain; infotainment not intuitive

2022 Lexus NX 350
I switched to an SUV after driving and ES 300/350 for the last 15 yrs. Overall, except for the noisy/rough drivetrain/transmission (humming sound especially at lower speeds), the car is generally alright. I have noticed the same type of humming/rough sound when I rented an all wheel drive RAV 4, so I wonder if this is a flaw of Toyota's 4-wheel drive system, something that is not an … issue in the front wheel drive of the ES which was very quite. The Bridgestone run flat tires are also stiff and generate a lot of road noise.
The Bluetooth Apple Car Play or Android connectivity also takes a long time to connect. One has to keep on trying it. The infotainment system is not very intuitive especially switching from the Lexus App to Android or Apple Car play. The menu is confusing at times. Switching to Neutral from either Drive or Park is also not that easy.
