First off I was looking for a newer pre-owned BMW X5 xDrive plug-in hybrid. I found that cargurus.com was an easy platform to use and search with. Worst car dealership EVER! Wish I could post a negative 5 score. Was doing everything in my power to buy a particular used car. Told the sales people I would come right now and was agreeable on the price but they sold the car out from under me. Then the buyer backed out and they contacted me to let me know that the car was still for sale. I am in the process of making payment with my bank and the sales manager Omar says he has the keys in his hand and he will not let anyone else buy it and he would call me in 30 minutes to setup payment. (Was paying cash - no financing). Omar never called and they sold the car out from under me AGAIN! Unbelievable. Really sleazy people. Would not trust them as far as I could spit. Worst customer service ever!

Another says its available in Wichita Ks, then another says pick up Ok City, while another Atlanta. $1999 or---- Ship it to you No wonder Carvana cost structure is bleeding money qtr after qtr with inventory caught at the wrong price IMHO.
