Drove over 3 hours to look at a used car this dealer had posted for sale online. Asking price was $24,803 and we offered them $24,500 cash. Sales manager, Bryan, was brought into the picture and made comment that he would be willing to take $200 off the price to make me feel good about myself. I was appalled. I was packing up my stuff to leave and he commented once again, that he was willing to take $200 off to make me feel like a got a good deal after driving that far. I am an educated professional woman. I do not need a used car sales manager to make me feel good about myself. And I most definitely cannot recommend a dealership that is so condescending to women. I walked out. Contacted the dealership management about the issue. Never heard back. I do hope that they don't condone such disrespect.

After reviewing ad for one of their used car, i made an hour long trip to their Ogden location. Only to find out the features they mentioned in their ad, on their own website as well as other sites, didn’t exist in the car. Also car had scratches, color peeled off that they didn’t mention when I specifically inquired about it over the phone. Sales person wasn’t prepared, had to wait for keys, very unorganized. Best to avoid but in any case don’t trust anything you read or they tell you over phone.. No one expects cheap trickery from a luxury car dealer. They are not.
