He stated that it was outside the showroom and was still available. I bring this up due to having a dealer in Pennsylvania get me to the dealership and try to sell a car that was already purchased. Chris walked me through each step of the process. He allowed me to ask questions and he answered each one. There was no pressure through the entire process If he did not have an answer he went to the General Sales Manager and asked. I have purchased many cars in my life. Dealer Review:
On 5/18/2022 walked to DarCars Lexus of Silver Spring to purchase 2020 Nissan Altima. Agreed on price and they asked me for down payment of $2000.00 and I paid. On 5/19/2022 I were informed that Banks didn't approve my loan. I asked for refund of the downpayment and sales manager told that I should have it within 72hours (I also have this in text). Today May 27, 2022 and haven't received my money. I spoke to Sales manager Adebayo, to finance manger Inn, General manager Berry and their corporate office (Stephanie) and no one could give me an answer. It looks like if I don't get a co-signer and purchase the car, I will not get my money.

Johnson Lexus picked up my old Lexus in Fayetteville, NC for some needed repairs. The car was 13 years old and the repair bill was going to be a lot more than I anticipated - even with an extended warranty that I had. So I asked Tanner in the Service Dept. to get me a trade in estimated value, which he did promptly. I decided to trade in for a previously owned ES350 and was introduced to Marcus Baldwin. I can't say enough about Marcus - he went above and beyond in my estimate. He found several options for me to pick from. Once I selected one, he passed me over to Finance, where they made the whole process very simple. This was all done over the phone and the next day Marcus himself delivered the car to my home in Fayetteville. Everybody at Johnson Lexus in Raleigh were great, but Marcus made my buying experience a pleasure, and the simplest car buying experience to date - and I am 80 years old - so have bought many vehicles before!!
