The dealer had both cars I wanted to look at. I drove both and decided the newer, more expensive car was a better deal. A sales assistant brought the cars around for test drive. The salesman, who I talked to on the phone the day before, then completed the paperwork, taking care of all of the dmv details, washed the car, filled the gas tank, etc. The entire process took almost 3 hours. I felt like I got a great car for a great price, and good value overall. There were no problems, no hard sell. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back if I needed another car.

Beware of the hidden fees and accessories that they add to the advertised price tag! Learned the hard way. The LoJack that I was ensured by the finance person is added automatically to all cars both used and new. First time hearing this from a dealer. And I was told that there’s an insurance discount. The discount from GEICO was $6.95. Didn’t need a LoJack for $995 added to a used car that I will barely use. And there’s also a $995 fee added to the paint job and interior cosmetic protection. Almost $2k in extras that you don’t need.

Honda of Murfreesboro pulls the bait and switch on the prices of their used cars. When I went in to look at a used car, the price online was inflated by more than $2,000 for "reconditioning fees" like new tires, brakes, carwash, etc. That's part of the trade in process... Guys- just add that cost into the actual cost of the car. Their "no haggle price" was already above market value for the car. Nice try.

Extremely dishonest dealership. We found the used car we wanted. Another salesperson HID the keys so no one could drive it. The tire was also flat. Finally, keys found and GM said would fix tire. After hours of messing around, we had to leave at 4:30. Called back at open the next morning and we’re told the car had sold—overnight—while the tire was being fixed. Tried to get a straight answer from Thor, the online sales manager. He promised to inquire and call us back 3 times but never did. He finally transferred us to the manager’s voicemail. The manager did not call back, either. What a waste of two days. Our guess is that a salesperson wanted the car and put every roadblock possible in our way. This place is the antithesis of service. Shady and untruthful. Worst dealership experience ever. Going thru Carvana now.
