Dealer Review:

This was my first and last experience with Arrowhead BMW. The service director Paul was completely unprofessional and unwilling to right a wrong. My M3 was originally purchased from this dealership and they failed to remove the shipping spacer from both front struts during the initial delivery inspection. Negligence on their part resulted in damage to parts of my car’s suspension. I typically take my cars to North Scottsdale BMW for service/repair work, but according to BMW NA the dealership who takes initial delivery of the vehicle is ultimately responsible for the damage. So I call the service department at Arrowhead and explained my situation to Paul over the phone. The reply I got was “ why would we do anything about that. You are not even a customer of ours as you go to one our competitor for your service work.” I was then hung up on. I tried calling back and was immediately hung up on again. I would be very wary of having service preformed by [non-permissible content removed] after what I experienced today. Read the other reviews on here, there’s definitely a consistent stream of complains for poor customer service, rudeness, shady sales tactics, and even racism. Trust me when I say you are way better off taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Last night I went to this place to buy a car based in online price. The price was the same at all car sales platforms. When I was going to sign, I noticed that price was increased one thousand $. After several attempts to negotiate something, the owner decided that he wasn't going to honor the online price. He never showed up in the office. By this time my credit was inquired and I already paid the insurance for that car. If you are considering to go to Mint Dealer STOP and think it again. This people are very unprofessional, impolite and disrespectful. I don't really know how serious online car platforms allows this people to post in their site. This dealer is a junker outside and inside.
