June 2021 - Coming from San Antonio the staff at BMW of South Austin was outstanding, very professional, ready and well prepared. Unlike other dealerships they didn’t harass or blow me off. Their facility was beautiful, well designed and immaculately kept. Shaun Kerns was the sales advisor that helped me and my wife navigate through the process of choosing the right X1 for us. His patience and knowledge on the all the BMWs shown, all incentives available to us, the appraisal/trade on our 2018 X1 and even his knowledge of the finance side of the house was unbelievable. Then while completing the finance part with Ruben Villarreal (also great), Shaun prepared our new X1. Getting it cleaned, fueled up and even a goodie bag. Completing all of this well beyond closing time. Would I recommend BMW of South Austin over the other area BMW dealerships, Hell Yes!!

Dealer Review:

My husband and I had gone in to test drive a Q8 a couple weeks ago , and ultimately decided I wanted to look for an SQ7 for the third row and more HP. Sales rep David that day was amazing ! Wasn’t rushing me , we test drove multiple vehicles , and he stated they didn’t have an SQ7 at the time , but would call me when they did. Fast forward a week , he calls to say they have one and to come drive it. I had to fly out for a funeral , so I said I would come the next week. Then comes today. I went in to drive said vehicle I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to do drive , but David was not there. The joke of a sales manager Jazz was VERY pushy , wanting me to drive the car to my husband at work so we could buy it right then and there. I said no , I will come back with my husband when he’s not at work IF I like the vehicle. He then proceeded to tell me “we don’t just let people test drive $100k cars if they’re not going to buy them” , and I was in utter shock. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to buy a car that I can’t test drive. Needless to say , I will never be doing business here. And from the looks of the other reviews , I’m not the only person who has had a bad experience with this man.
